Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of dietary intervention program under the guidance of health promo-tion theory in blood phosphorus management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:Study subjects were selected from patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis treatment at the 901st Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army,From October 2022 to August 2024,a total of 80 patients were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group,were given comprehensive dietary intervention under the guidance of routine nursing and health pro-motion theory respectively.The intervention period of the two groups was 3 months.Before and after the intervention,the levels of serum phosphorus,serum albumin,the rate of reaching the standard of blood phosphorus,nutritional status[SGA]and quality of life[GQOLI-74]were compared.Results:After one month and three months of intervention,the se-rum phosphorus level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the serum albu-min level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After three months'intervention,the rate of reaching the standard of blood phosphorus in the observation group(77.50%)was higher than that in the control group(52.50%),the proportion of good nutrition was higher,the proportion of moderate to severe malnutrition was lower,and the total score of GQOLI-74 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary intervention under the guidance of health promotion theory can effectively reduce the serum phosphorus level of maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients,improve their blood phosphorus compliance rate,improve their nutritional status and quality of life,and has clinical promotion value.关键词
