Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients infected with carbapenem-resist-ant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE)and its prognostic factors.Methods:The medical records of patients with CRE infec-tion who were treated in Suqian First People's Hospital from January 2023 to March 2025 were collected.The col-lected blood、sputum、pus and urine samples were sent to the microbiology room of the clinical laboratory for patho-gen culture,and the automatic microbial analysis system was used for strain identification and drug sensitivity test.The detection and distribution of CRE strains were statistically analyzed,and the prognostic factors of patients with CRE infection were summarized.Results:In 2023,a total of 83 strains of CRE were detected,with the highest de-tection rate in critical care medicine、neurosurgery and hematology.In 2024,a total of 37 strains of CRE were detec-ted,with the highest detection rate in general surgery、critical care medicine and hematology.From January to March,2025,22 strains of CRE were detected.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that patients'age、empirical use of tigecycline and hospital stay were the influencing factors for the prognosis of patients with CRE in-fection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pathogens of CRE infection are distributed in all clinical departments,and preven-tion and control measures can be taken against controllable factors in early stage to reduce the death risk of patients with CRE infection.关键词
