摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy as a ventilatory support for acute exacerbation of COPD complicated by type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods:A cohort of 81 patients presenting with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and concurrent type Ⅱ respiratory failure was en-rolled,all from Yizheng People's Hospital, were included from January 2023 to June 2025.Grouping based on differences in treatment regimens. The control group(n=40)was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation; The obser-vation group(n=41)received a ventilation regimen of nasal high-flow humidified chemotherapy.Blood gas indicators and lung function were compared between the two groups to assess the risk of complications. Results:After treatment, blood gas indicators(oxygen partial pressure, blood oxygen saturation, carbon dioxide partial pressure)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow, forced expiratory volume at the first sec-ond and forced vital capacity compared with the control group, the observation group showed markedly elevated levels(P<0.05).The complication rate compared with the control group, the observation group showed markedly elevated levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among patients presenting with acute exacerbation of COPD complicated by type Ⅱ respiratory failure, choosing high-flow intranasal humidified chemotherapy for ventilation can improve blood gas indicators and lung function, reducing the risk of complications.关键词
