摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TEAS)on gastrointestinal function of patients with gastrointestinal tumor after operation through systematic review and meta-analysis.Methods:The retrieval databases include PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE、China HowNet and Wanfang Database, and the ran-domized controlled trials on the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients with gastrointestinal tumors from January 2000 to June 2025 were collected.Cochrane bias risk tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included research, and STATA SE software was used for meta-a-nalysis.Sensitivity analysis and funnel chart were used to evaluate the robustness and publication bias of the results.Re-sults:A total of 26 qualified studies involving 2529 subjects were included. The analysis showed that TEAS significantly shortened the first defecation time(standard mean difference(SMD)=-1.01,95%confidence interval(CI):-1.35 to-0.66,P<0.001)and the first exhaust time(SMD=-1.57,95%CI:-1.97 to-).95%CI:-2.05 to-0.98,P<0.001),and reduced the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting(odds ratio:0.29,95%CI:0.20 to 0.41,P<0.001).Sensitivity analysis showed that the results remained stable after excluding any single study one by one.No signifi-cant publication bias was found in funnel plot and Egger test. Conclusion:TEAS can help promote the recovery of gastroin-testinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after operation, which can provide reference for clinic.关键词
