不同体位对原发性开角型青光眼术后病人前房积血及舒适度的影响
Effects of different body positions on hyphema and comfort in postoperative patients with primary open-angle glaucoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of different body positions on hyphema,comfort,sleep quality,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,and the incidence of postoperative ocular adverse reactions in patients following primary open-angle glaucoma surgery.Methods:A total of 159 postoperative patients with primary open-angle glaucoma hospitalized in the department of ophthalmology,the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into three groups using a random number table:experimental group 1(30° semi-recumbent position),experimental group 2(45° semi-recumbent position),and control group(60° semi-recumbent position),with 53 cases in each group.Hyphema,comfort,sleep quality,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,and incidence of postoperative ocular adverse reactions were compared among the three groups before intervention,24 hours post-intervention,and 48 hours post-intervention.Results:A total of 154 patients completed the intervention,including 52 in experimental group 1,51 in experimental group 2,and 51 in the control group.After 24 hours intervention,the Kolcaba Comfort Scale scores in experimental groups 1 and 2 were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score in experimental group 1 was lower than those in experimental group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in experimental group 1 was lower than that in experimental group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were observed in terms of hyphema scores,visual acuity,or intraocular pressure among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:All three body positions facilitate hyphema absorption.However,the 30° and 45° semi-recumbent positions are superior to the 60° semi-recumbent position in improving patient comfort.Furthermore,the 30° semi-recumbent position not only effectively promotes hyphema absorption but also improves sleep quality and reduces the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,providing evidence-based support for clinical nursing staff in decision-making of body position.关键词
