Abstract
Objective:To assess the collaboration willingness and practices of clinical and nursing students during their internships and to analyze key influencing factors.Methods:A total of 135 clinical medicine students and 143 nursing students interning at three tertiary first-class hospitals in Shanxi Province were recruited.Surveys were conducted using a demographic questionnaire,the Jefferson Scale of Attitudes Toward Physician-Nurse Collaboration,and a Physician-Nurse Collaboration Behavior Scale.Results:The total score of collaboration attitude among clinical medicine students was(50.97±5.47),while that of nursing students was(50.08±6.98),with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total score of physician-nurse collaboration behavior among clinical medicine students was(104.58±18.31),while that of nursing students was(95.53±22.00),There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Regression analysis revealed that professional identity and prior completion of interprofessional collaboration courses positively influenced collaboration attitude.Key factors affecting collaboration practices included joint case discussions with supervisors,internship stress,and professional identity.Conclusions:Interns in medicine and nursing generally exhibit positive and convergent collaboration willingness,yet significant disparities in power perception and divergence in collaborative behaviors are evident.A dual-drive strategy combining"educational empowerment"and"structural empowerment"is recommended to enhance physician-nurse collaboration competencies.关键词
