中国省域绿色低碳发展效率测度及时空特征分析
Measurement of Green-Low-Carbon Development Efficiency and Analysis of Spatiotemporal Characteristics at China's Provincial-Level

Abstract
Based on panel data for 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2023(excluding Xizang and Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan),this study employs the global super-efficiency slacks-based measure(SBM)model with undesirable outputs,kernel density estimation,and spatial autocorrelation methods to explore provincial green-low-carbon development efficiency and its spatiotemporal characteristics.The results indicate that:China's provin-cial green-low-carbon development efficiency generally presents an upward trend with remarkable regional dispari-ties;from the perspective of temporal evolution,it maintains a continuous upward state,while the efficiency gap ex-hibits an expanding trend accompanied by polarization characteristics;in terms of spatial correlation patterns,it shows significant positive spatial autocorrelation from a global perspective,and four spatial agglomeration types(High-High,High-Low,Low-Low,Low-High)are identified from a local perspective,with the Low-High pattern dominating overall.Therefore,to improve China's provincial green-low-carbon development efficiency,it is essential to emphasize regional differences and advance regional coordinated development in accordance with local condi-tions.关键词
