Abstract
Against the background of high-quality development of higher education,the information resource development of university libraries in China is faced with challenges such as growing funding pressure,higher competency requirements for librarians,diversified user demands and homogenization of resources.In the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan,this study puts forward a"5C"framework:taking high-quality and distinctive library collections(Collection)as the core;strengthening the value connection(Connection)between resources,the university and users;reshaping comprehensive communication(Communication)among librarians,scholars and academic publishers;boosting collaboration(Collaboration)within local and global academic communities;and enhancing librarians'professional capabilities(Capability)to cope with intelligent transformation.This framework can provide theoretical references and practical implications for the information resource construction of university libraries during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.关键词
