Abstract
Against the backdrop of high-quality Belt and Road cooperation,standardization alignment has emerged as the core pathway for deepening China-Central Asia regional cooperation and a key lever for institutional opening-up.Based on empirical research,this paper finds that the standardization systems of the five Central Asian countries are characterized by a triple structural contradiction—historical inertia,regional fragmentation,and sectoral imbalance—which obviously increases the overall cost of cross-border trade.As the central hub,Xinjiang has effectively driven the growth in regional trade volume through innovative practices in three key areas:energy infrastructure standards coordination,cross-border logistics rule integration,and digital economy standards alignment.The study innovatively proposes a"technology-institution"two-wheel drive model.It recommends establishing a dynamic standards list mechanism and green standards demonstration zones under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)framework.These provide actionable,replicable institutional innovation plans for the"Year of High-Quality China-Central Asia Cooperation,"facilitating the construction of a China-Central Asia Community with a Shared Future.关键词
