Abstract
After identifying the multidimensional dimensions of the commercial value of standardization,a more critical question is:How can enterprises systematically transform standards potential into sustained competitive strength?This paper proposes a strategic mechanism framework for standardization empowerment,which is collaboratively composed of six pathways:"strategic embedding-organizational support-system construction-supply upgrading-talent guarantee-execution loop."However,the core lies in revealing the dynamic operational logic of goal coupling,resource mutual support,and feedback iteration among these pathways.The study argues that the key to standardization empowerment does not lie in the accumulation of standards texts but in elevating standardization from a technical task to a strategic function and establishing a closed-loop mechanism of"strategic initiation-capability building-value output-feedback refinement."By analyzing the practices of enterprises such as Huawei,Alibaba,and CATL,this paper further explores the differentiated focus of the mechanism across different industries and development stages,providing a practical analytical framework for enterprises to formulate standardization strategies.关键词
