Research on Standardization System for Microstructure Inspection of Aluminum Alloys
摘要
Abstract
The properties of aluminium alloys are determined by their microstructures.Establishing a supporting inspection standards system serves as a fundamental basis for quality control.This paper compares the advantages,disadvantages and applicable scenarios of destructive and non-destructive microstructure inspection for aluminium alloys,proposes a joint evaluation approach for these two categories,sorts out 16 relevant standards,classifies them into non-destructive and destructive standards subsystems,and constructs a standardized framework covering the entire production,operation and maintenance chain of aluminum alloys.The system unifies inspection and judgment criteria,ensures service safety of high-end equipment components,and supports new material research and development as well as quality arbitration.关键词
