Multi-spatial and Temporal Planning of Electric-hydrogen Coupling for New-type Power Systems:China-MSTPEHC Planning Model
摘要
Abstract
To quantify the long-term impact of electric-hydrogen coupling on new-type power systems in promoting renewable energy consumption and low-carbon transition, this paper proposes a China multi-spatial and temporal planning model of electric-hydrogen coupling(China-MSTPEHC)model with scenario setting, configuration and operation optimization, and benefit evaluation. It integrates seven major power grid regions and combines the annual capacity configuration with hourly operation simulation. The key findings are as follows:1)By 2060,China's electrolysis capacity will form a spatial pattern of hydrogen production from onshore wind and solar in northern grid regions, hydropower in southwestern grid regions, and offshore wind in eastern grid regions.2)Inter-regional hydrogen pipelines will be planned by 2030.By 2060,three main pipelines("North China-East China","North China-Central China",and"Northwest China-Southwest China")will emerge, forming a spatial pattern of"west-to-east and north-to-south hydrogen transport".3)Electric-hydrogen coupling can increase renewable energy capacity, decrease thermal power capacity, and reduce total costs.关键词
