中药穴位贴敷联合皮内针治疗对腹腔镜结直肠癌术后早期胃肠功能恢复的回顾性研究
Retrospective Study on Chinese Herbal Point Application Combined with Intradermal Needling in Early Gastrointestinal Function Recovery After Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal point application com-bined with intradermal needling in promoting early gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic colorec-tal cancer surgery.Methods A retrospective research design was adopted.Clinical data of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medical symptomatic treatment after surgery.On the basis of the control group's treatment,the treatment group was additionally administered Chinese herbal point application at Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Neiguan(PC6),as well as intradermal needling therapy at Tianshu(ST25)and Dachangshu(BL25).The time to first postoperative anal exhaust,first defecation and recovery of bowel sounds were compared between the two groups.The Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS)was used to evaluate the severity of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting on the 1st,2nd and 3rd postoperative days,and the incidence of the above adverse reactions was recorded.Results The time to first anal exhaust,first defecation and recovery of bowel sounds in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st postoperative day,there were no statistically significant differences in GSRS scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,as well as the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 2nd and 3rd postoperative days,the GSRS scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 2nd postoperative day,the incidence of all adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd postoperative day,the incidence of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy of Chinese herbal point application and intrader-mal needling can accelerate early gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.It effectively shortens the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,alleviates postoperative gastrointestinal dis-comfort and reduces the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.Meanwhile,this treatment plan has high safety and is worthy of popularization.关键词
