全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对高龄结直肠癌患者应激反应及术后恢复的影响
Effects of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia on Stress Response and Postoperative Recovery in Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on stress response and postoperative recovery of elderly patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.Meth-ods A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery from August 2023 to May 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was administered with simple general anesthesia,while the observation group received combined general and epidural anesthesia.Hemodynamic indicators,analgesic efficacy,stress response and postoperative recovery status were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in hemodynamic indicators between the two groups before anesthesia induction(T0)(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 5 minutes after anesthesia induction(T1),the onset of surgery(T2),the end of surgery(T3)and extubation(T4)(P<0.05).The postoperative pain scores of the observation group at 2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant inter-group difference was found in stress indicators at T0(P>0.05),whereas the observation group presented remarkably lower stress levels than the control group at T1,T2,T3 and T4(P<0.05).In addition,the time to early ambula-tion,first anal exhaust and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery,combined general and epi-dural anesthesia can stabilize perioperative hemodynamics,relieve postoperative pain,reduce perioperative stress response,and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
