Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with labetalol tablets in patients with moderate to severe gestational hypertension with proteinuria.Methods Patients with moderate to severe gestational hypertension and proteinuria were divided into control group and treatment group based on treatment plans.The control group was given oral labetalol tablets,100 mg each time,3 times a day;the treatment group was given oral levamlodipine besylate tablets on the basis of the control group,2.5 mg each time,once a day.Both groups were treated until 1 day before delivery.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure indexes,renal function indexes,adverse pregnancy outcomes;safety of the two groups were compared.Results A total of 80 patients were enrolled;the control group included 38 cases and the treatment group included 42 cases.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48％(38 cases/42 cases),which was significantly higher than 71.05％(27 cases/38 cases)of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)levels in the treatment group and the control group were(127.26±6.68)and(131.71±7.51)mmHg,respectively;the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels were(82.71±6.95)and(86.50±6.48)mmHg,respectively;serum creatinine(Scr)levels were(57.78±10.69)and(64.24±11.57)μmol·L-1,respectively;uric acid(UA)levels were(256.19±37.77)and(274.76±40.39)μmol·L-1,respectively;blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels were(3.79±0.73)and(4.19±0.76)mmol·L-1,respectively;24-hour urine protein(24 h UP)levels were(1.77±0.36)and(2.01±0.42)g,respectively;the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 9.52％(4 cases/42 cases)and 26.32％(10 cases/38 cases),respectively,with statistically significant differences of the above indicators between two groups(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 16.67％(7 cases/42 cases)and 10.53％(4 cases/38 cases)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with labetalol tablets can achieve good clinical results in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe gestational hypertension with proteinuria,effectively reduce blood pressure,improve renal function,improve arterial vascular elasticity and vascular endothelial function,reduce inflammatory response;improve adverse pregnancy outcomes,with good safety.关键词
