大食物观视角下欠发达地区农户食物安全保障研究

Abstract
Based on the perspective of the Grand Food View,this study investigates the impact mechanisms of six dimensions food"supply-access-utilization-stability-sustainability-agency"-on household food security capacity in the Taihang Mountain region,providing new empirical evidence for addressing food security issues in underdeveloped areas.Utilizing binary logistic regression and random forest classification model and tracking survey data from 2018 and 2022 in Yunzhou District of Datong City and Wutai County of Xinzhou City,we analyze the effects of these six dimensions on household food security.The findings reveal:First,food access emerges as the most critical determinant,where both economic accessibility and physical accessibility constitute essential safeguards for food security.Food sustainability ranks second in importance,The social dimension of food sustainability is more important than the production perspective.Second,the influence of food supply capacity and food agency shows diminishing importance.Scale of farming and social interactions can improve food safety of farm households;heterogeneity in food safety and security levels between those who are from poverty-stricken villages and those who are poverty-stricken households.Third,food utilization and stability demonstrate relatively weaker impacts,as improved living standards diminish the role of utilization capacity,while short-term natural and market risks remain manageable through existing household coping strategies.The food security of farming households in less developed regions starts from the six aspects of food"supply-access-utilization-stability-sustainability-agency",so as to enhance the food security capacity of farming households and raise the level of food safety.关键词
