失能老人家庭照护者社区支持服务利用意愿及影响因素分析
Factors Influencing the Willingness to Use Community Support Services among Family Caregivers of Disabled Elder-ly

Abstract
Objective To analyze the willingness of caregivers of disabled elderly people in developed eastern regions to use community support services and its influencing factors,and provide decision-making support for precise community service sup-ply.Methods 22 family caregivers of disabled elderly individuals were surveyed with semi-structured interviews,and their char-acteristics of willingness to use community support services were identified through thematic analysis.A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 541 family caregivers of disabled elderly individuals.De-scriptive analysis,χ2 tests,and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to examine the distribution of willingness to use community support services among family caregivers of disabled elderly individuals and the influencing factors.Results The will-ingness of family caregivers of disabled elderly to use community support services showed diversified characteristics.The most prominent was manpower support(89.09%),followed by professional support(71.35%)and information support(56.75%),while emotional support(45.10%)was relatively low.The result of multivariate regression analysis showed that perceived support and the degree of disability were influencing factors for the willingness to utilize manpower support,alternative caregiving resources and contracted family doctors were influencing factors for the willingness to use professional support,caregiver role and degree of disability impacted on willingness to use information support,and educational level and alternative caregiving resources influenced the willingness to use emotional support.Conclusion Caregivers of disabled elderly in developed eastern regions showed significant differences in willingness to use different types of community support services.In order to improve the match between the supply of community support services and the support needs of family caregivers,it is necessary to integrate various community service pro-viders,optimize the list of community support services,and establish a tiered and categorized community support service supply model,based on a thorough identification of the characteristics and needs of caregivers.关键词
