双眼鼻侧贴膜联合训练治疗小角度急性共同性内斜视的临床观察
Clinical observation of binasal occlusion combined with visual function training for the treatment of small-angle acute concomitant esotropia

Abstract
Objective To compare binasal occlusion combined with visual function training and simple binasal occlusion in efficacy in treatment of small-angle acute concomitant esotropia.Methods 17 outpatients aged 10 to 35 years with acute concomitant esotropia who had 10～20 prism degree(△)esotropia from June 2023 to September 2024 were examined.The patients were divided into two groups.For the treatment group,binasal occlusion was given based on the deviation of esotropia and fusion range.The covering range of the binasal occlusion was adjusted regularly according to changes in deviation of esotropia and fusion range after visual function training.The control group only received binasal occlusion.For all the patients,distance and near strabismus deviation,visual function indicators including Monocular Amplitude of Accommodation(AMP),Monocular Accommodative Facility(AF),Binocular Distance Negative Fusional Convergence Testing(BI)Break Point,Binocular Near BI Break Point,Stereopsis and Accommodative convergence/Accommodation ratio(AC/A)were re-examined at 1 month(M),3M,6M,and 1 year(Y)after treat-ment.Differences in eye position and binocular visual function between the two groups were compared.Results After 1M,3M,6M,and 1Y of treatment,the treatment group was more effective in near eye position than the control group.After 1Y of treatment,the treatment group also exhibited efficacy in distance eye position compared with the control group.Additionally,the treatment group outperformed the control group in terms of Monocular AMP,Monocular AF,Bin-ocular Distance BI Break Point,Binocular Near BI Break Point,Stereopsis and AC/A,All these differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with simple binasal occlusion,binasal occlusion combined with visual function training in treatment of small-angle acute comitant esotropia is more effective in reducing the degree of strabis-mus and improving visual function.关键词
