Research progress on mechanism of tumor-associated macrophage autophagy in lung cancer and its role in drug resistance
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer is one of the most prevalent and lethal malignant tumors worldwide.Although targeted therapy and im-munotherapy have made progress,most patients still face chal-lenges such as drug resistance,metastasis,and recurrence.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are highly plastic in-nate immune cells in the microenvironment of lung cancer and various solid tumors,involved in tumor development,immune resistance,and treatment response processes.In lung cancer treatment,the activation or inhibition of autophagy plays a deci-sive role in regulating tumor cell death,and is closely related to the tumor microenvironment.Therefore,revealing the regula-tory mechanism of autophagy between TAMs and tumor cells is expected to achieve breakthrough progress,opening up new di-rections for the study of anti-tumor immune mechanisms,and improving the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy.This article also analyzes the current limitations of research and looks for-ward to future research directions,with the aim of providing new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of lung cancer.关键词
