TCM master SUN Guangrong on the four major principles for the application and development of classic famous prescriptions

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine urgently needs innovation to cope with the clinical efficacy bottlenecks brought about by the'four changes'of modern disease spectrum,diagnosis methods,medication methods,and population physical characteristics.Classic famous prescriptions are the key to breaking through the situation.The key is to further use and develop classic famous prescriptions to adapt to the'four changes' .TCM master SUN Guangrong proposed four major principles for the application and development of classic famous prescriptions:First,to inherit the essence of famous prescriptions,to be familiar with famous prescriptions,to match prescriptions and syndromes,and to combine internal and external;The second is to not be confined to famous prescriptions,but to use a balanced and flexible cutting method,as well as a combination of three formulas;Thirdly,the medication is safe and effective,with a clear and light spirit,moderate attack and appropriate supplementation;The fourth is the integration of innovative research and development,medical integration,technological integration,and cross-border integration.关键词
