仝小林"慢病十态"舌象辨析要点
Key points in distinguishing tongue images with'ten states of chronic diseases' guided by TONG Xiaolin
摘要
Abstract
Tongue diagnosis serves as a crucial component in disease diagnosis and treatment.Professor TONG Xiaolin has systematically categorized complex chronic diseases into ten fundamental patterns('ten states' )from a macroscopic perspective:cold,heat,dryness,dampness,depression,stasis,congestion,consumption,senility,and deficiency.Through extensive clinical practice,he has established corresponding key diagnostic indicators in tongue examination.This approach focuses on three essential elements of tongue diagnosis-tongue body,tongue coating,and sublingual veins-to identify syndromes through tongue observation and assess diseases through syndrome differentiation.It further implements the'five inspections':evaluating'sunshine'sufficiency,'fluid'abundance,'air'circulation,'nutritional'status,and the essence of'life processes' .The diagnostic emphasis varies according to different pathological states,culminating in comprehensive evaluation to discern the underlying nature.By analyzing the characteristic tongue manifestations of these'ten states of chronic disease',this methodology bridges the gap between syndrome-targeted treatment and traditional tongue diagnosis.While preserving the essence of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis,it introduces innovative developments to provide valuable clinical references for accurate tongue assessment and syndrome differentiation.关键词
