The Normative Meanings,Positive Logic and Enabling Strategies of Vocational Education's Contribution to Building a Powerful Education Country under the Type Positioning

Abstract
Building a powerful education country calls for vocational education as a distinct type,and establishing the type status of vocational education in turn facilitates the steady realization of this goal.The two constitute both a systemic concept and a process of holistic interaction.Under its type positioning,vocational education contributes to building a powerful education country by effectively enabling vocational education to anchor the core competitiveness of a powerful educaiton country in the shift from scale-based support to quality-driven guidance,to demonstrate the social inclusiveness of a powerful education country in the move from equality of opportunity to high-quality sharing,and to enhance the international influence of a powerful education country in the transition from serving domestic needs to contributing globally.As a type of education,vocational education should follow the action logic of progressing from balanced development to expanding excellence and improving quality,from a structurally comprehensive vocational education system to connotative strength,and from domestic strength to international strength.In practice,it is essential to base efforts on its typological attributes,using scientific research to cultivate the disciplinary foundations for vocational education's contribution to building a powerful education country;to take root in the fertile ground of industry-education integration,consolidating the cornerstone of vocational education for a powerful education country through multi-dimensional talent cultivation practices;and to ground itself in the soil of Chinese characteristics,shaping a Chinese vocational education brand through the interaction of domestic and international resources in the service of building a powerful education country.关键词
