Study on"Educator Spirit"Fostering among Part-time Enterprise-based Instructors in Vocational Schools

Abstract
Part-time teachers are an important part of high-quality professional teachers in the new era.Guided by"educator spirit",the cultivation of"educator spirit"for part-time teachers in vocational schools through the cooperation of the government,schools,society can accelerate the convergence of educator spirit with the spirit of scientific inquiry and the spirit of craftsmanship,foster a deep sense of belonging and personal commitment to a larger collective identity among these part-time instructors,and enhance their professional identity and sense of mission.Within the framework of systematic thinking,and guided by the quintessential ideals of the educator's ethos—encompassing steadfast beliefs,ethical conduct,pedagogical insight,a commitment to teaching,benevolence,and the quest for enlightenments—24 pivotal observation points have been delineated.These points are crucial for rigorously monitoring and evaluating how part-time instructors foster moral integrity in their professional conduct,entrenching their positions as steadfast educators,enhancing their teaching and professional competencies,and harmoniously blending the roles of"scholarly instructor"and"moral exemplar".This structured approach is instrumental in establishing a robust system for nurturing the"educator's spirit"among part-time instructors,cultivating a supportive ecosystem for its growth,and creating an environment that encourages its flourishing.Ultimately,it propels part-time teachers towards the noble status of"great educators",who are both"scholarly instructors"and"moral exemplars".关键词
