不同原料配比对大球盖菇营养品质的影响
Effects of Different Ratio of Raw Materials on Nutritional Quality of Stropharia rugosoannulata

Abstract
Taking corncob and sawdust as test materials,five different proportions of corncob and sawdust formulas were designed by single factor randomized block design.The effects of different formula substrates on the nutritional quality of crude polysaccharide,crude protein and amino acid of Stropharia rugosoannulata products were studied,in order to provide references for the cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata with agricultural and forestry crop straw.The results showed that after adding sawdust,the conventional nutrients(crude fat,crude polysaccharide,crude protein,ash),mineral elements(potassium,calcium,sodium,iron,zinc,selenium),amino acids,texture(chewiness,adhesion,elasticity,hardness,cohesiveness)of the fruiting body of Stropharia rugosoannulata were better than those of the control group.Combined with principal component analysis and membership function analysis,the quality of T1 treatment was the best,followed by T2 and T3 treatment,and T4 was the worst.When 12.5％sawdust was added to the corncob culture material,the quality of the fruiting body was the best,and the quality was worse without sawdust or with more sawdust.关键词
