协同治理视角下社区自主更新的模式比较与路径选择
Comparative Analysis of Models and Pathways for Community Self-regeneration Through Collaborative Governance:Three Cases from Guangzhou

Abstract
Urban regeneration in China is undergoing a pivotal transition from government-led approaches toward multi-actor collaborative governance,making com-munity self-regeneration an increasingly important issue requiring systemic investiga-tion.This study examines three representative cases in Guangzhou,including Huadu Jiqun Street No.2,Yuexiu Hongqiao·Xiaoshiji,and Haizhu Deshenggang,to compare collaborative governance models,processes,and self-regeneration mechanisms across different property rights structures and spatial scales.Although all three cases under-went phases of negotiation,communication,trust-building,and consensus formation,they exhibit notable differences in leadership structures,institutional frameworks,and operational mechanisms.This study reveals the interplay between collaborative gover-nance,property rights complexity,and spatial scale,extending the applicability of collaborative governance theory while contributing to theoretical dialogues in collab-orative planning.Based on the analysis,the study synthesizes collaborative gover-nance pathways for community self-regeneration across four dimensions:participation mechanisms,planning and construction,management and operation,and policy and institutional support.The findings provide theoretical insights and practical recommen-dations for improving regeneration policies and strengthening implementation mecha-nisms.关键词
