Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of the construction units for the versatility,convenience,efficiency and economy of drilling rig,1500 tracked multi-functional drill has been developed.This paper introduces the structural characteristics,innovation and experimental application of this drilling machine.The drilling rig combines mechanical and hydraulic systems,including a mechanical main unit,hydraulic tracked chassis,hydraulic mast lifting,hydraulic leveling and hydraulic-driven mud pumps,has a compact structure and is easy to operate with long-shaft driven mechanical power head,large displacement centrifugal pump and high-pressure variable pump,which has high transmission efficiency can be freely switched.Powered by diesel engines,the drill offers wide speed adjustment range,high rotation torque at low speeds,easy transportation,rapid mast deployment and retraction,short drill pipe handling time,high drilling efficiency,reduced labor intensity,as well as low operating costs.During drilling operations at exploration and production boreholes at Xingxian coal mine in Shanxi province,this drilling drill received positive feedback from users with stable performance and high efficiency.关键词
