基于"校-所-厂"协同的军车动力实践育人基地模式探索

Abstract
The urgent demand for high-quality engineering talents in the new era for the national defense science and technology industry poses a severe challenge to the traditional engineering education model.This paper takes the collaborative education practice between Beijing Institute of Technology and the Power Research Institute of China National Arms Industry Corporation as a n example,systematically explores how the deep collaboration between the university and the enterprise drives the systematic reform of the engineering teaching system.The research shows that this base successfully promotes the substantive transformation of the engineering education paradigm from"knowledge-oriented"to"complex engineering problem-solving ability-oriented"by deeply embedding"real combat requirements"into the training objectives,reshaping the teaching process with"major national scientific research projects"as the carrier,reorganizing the teaching subjects with a"dual-teacher community"model,and establishing an evaluation system oriented towards"engineering ability output".Through the cultivation data and typical cases,this paper demonstrates the significant effectiveness of this model in enhancing the engineering practice and innovation capabilities of talents,and finally extracts a teaching reform path centered on deep industry-education integration that can be adopted by key fields and characteristic specialties.关键词
