科教融合与战教耦合:军队院校本科教育的理论逻辑与实践路径

Abstract
The new quality combat capability represents an evolutionary trajectory of military power,driven by innovation and characterized by revolutionary breakthroughs in strategic thinking,disruptive advancements in equipment,and the seamless integration of human and technological resources.Against this backdrop,undergraduate education in military academies assumes a pivotal role in aligning with national strategic objectives,nurturing high-caliber military professionals,and advancing military science and technology.Addressing the imperative to refine talent cultivation models in response to the demands of new quality combat capabilities,achieve systematic talent development,and resolve critical challenges such as uneven allocation of educational resources and suboptimal curriculum structures has emerged as an urgent priority.To this end,it is imperative to identify and address deficiencies,implement targeted optimizations,and ensure that the educational framework effectively supports the enhancement of combat readiness.This paper proposes a comprehensive suite of reform measures,encompassing the optimization of curriculum systems,the reinforcement of faculty capabilities,and the innovation of pedagogical approaches.Through empirical case studies,the efficacy of these proposed strategies is validated,and future directions for educational reform are delineated.This study offers both theoretical underpinnings and practical pathways for elevating the quality of military academy education,catering to the demands of cultivating military talent in the new era,and fostering the development of new quality combat capabilities.关键词
