城市更新下建筑防火评估虚拟仿真教学探索

Abstract
Urban renewal is shifting from incremental expansion to the quality improvement of existing buildings,making fire protection assessment and retrofit increasingly important.In response to the difficulties of conducting full-scale structural fire resistance tests in undergraduate teaching due to high temperature,high risk,high cost,long duration,and site limitations,an integrated virtual simulation training system was developed for fire protection assessment and retrofit of existing buildings.The system includes four modules:fire-resistance equipment cognition,engineering survey and assessment,experimental training and verification,and exploratory improvement and optimization.It establishes a teaching model combining knowledge-resource support,role-task guidance,multi-method training,and whole-process intelligent evaluation.Teaching practice shows that this system helps improve students'systematic understanding of structural fire mechanisms,fire resistance evaluation,and fire protection design optimization,as well as their engineering practice ability.关键词
