"双一流"建设高校研究生全球胜任力:本土内涵、培养实践及提升策略
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the two major situations,China has raised higher practical demands for the cultivation of global competence among postgraduate students.The global competence with Chinese characteristics refers to a multi-dimensional composite ability based on national cultural identity and national identity,participating in global governance,contributing Chinese wisdom and strength,and promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.At present,domestic"Double first-class"universities are practicing international talent cultivation through setting clear and systematic strategic goals,building a talent training system that combines localization and internationalization,and expanding global competence training programs.This study proposes to construct a tripartite linkage model involving the government,universities,and individuals.The government should improve policy support,provide transportation platform support,and perfect management guarantee mechanisms;universities should transform traditional educational concepts,structure international curriculum systems,build international education platforms,and strengthen faculty teams;students should enhance national cultural confidence and national identity,and improve the shaping of personal core competencies,to collaboratively enhance global competence.关键词
