过程装备与控制工程专业育人途径新探索

Abstract
In recent years,graduates majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering have played important roles in the construction of key national assets such as aviation engines and gas turbines in China.However,due to the insufficient coverage of fundamental knowledge about turbine machinery in undergraduate education in the control engineering field,as well as the lack of integration between academic and practical knowledge and insufficient collaboration between academia and industry,some graduates feel inadequate and ill-suited for their jobs.Therefore,this paper summarizes the difficulties encountered by graduates,and takes Process Equipment and Control Engineering major in Beijing University of Chemical Technology's as an example,proposes reforms such as advancing curriculum teaching reforms,establishing an integrated system of turbomachinery science and education,and strengthening the integration of industry and education in turbomachinery,in order to enhance the quality and competitiveness of talent cultivation in the field of Process Equipment and Control Engineering for aviation engines and gas turbines.关键词
