知识产权保护方式选择对技术要素收入分配的影响研究
The Impact of Intellectual Property Protection Choices on the Income Distribution of Technological Factors

Abstract
As technology becomes increasingly important in production,ensuring that technological inputs receive returns consistent with their contributions has become an important issue in factor income distribution.Using prefecture-level city data,this study constructs measures of judicial,administrative,and platform-based intellectual property protection and examines their distri-butional effects.The results show that all three forms of protection help correct the underpricing of technology and improve the align-ment between technological contributions and returns,mainly by raising infringement costs and promoting technology market activity.Their effects,however,vary across regions.Administrative protection remains effective under different technological conditions.Judicial protection is more effective in regions with lower levels of digital and collaborative innovation,whereas platform-based pro-tection plays a stronger role in regions where both are more developed.关键词
