Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of Shugan Xingpi Tongluo Decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in patients with hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis(HBLC)and liver depression-spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 98 patients with HBLC and liver depression-spleen deficiency syndrome were assigned to two groups by envelope randomization.The control group(n=49)received compound glycyrrhizin capsules,while the treatment group(n=49)received Shugan Xingpi Tongluo Decoction in addition to the same regimen.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,liver function indices(alanine aminotransferase[ALT],total bile acid[TBA],total bilirubin[TBiL]),and inflammatory indices(leptin[Lep],interferon-γ[IFN-γ],interleukin-6[IL-6])were compared.Clinical efficacy was also recorded in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.92%(47/49)in the treatment group and 81.63%(40/49)in the control group,indicating superior clinical efficacy in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,all TCM symptom scores decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ALT,TBA,and TBiL levels decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Lep,IFN-γ,and IL-6 levels decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Xingpi Tongluo Decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules is effective for HBLC with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.It can improve liver function,relieve symptoms,and reduce inflammatory responses.关键词
