摘要
Abstract
To explore pathways for the deep technological integration of the"four forecasts"for flood control scheduling and the"six mechanisms"for safety production risk management, and to address the challenges posed by fragmented reservoir management systems and the difficulty of coordinating safety and operational benefits,a unified planning and coordinated implementation framework was investigated based on the development of the operation and management matrix platform for the Foziling Reservoir Group. The framework was examined from three key dimensions:data sharing, coupling of professional models, and integration of business processes. The platform implementation results demonstrated that the proposed approach enables cross-business data integration, coordinated invocation of forecasting, dispatch, and risk management models, and closed-loop integration of business processes. It effectively promoted the coordinated implementation of the"four forecasts"and"six mechanisms",thereby achieving an integrated balance between safety and operational benefits.关键词
