内镜中心医护协作模式下结肠镜检查患者肠道准备合格情况的影响因素分析
Analysis of the influencing factors of the intestinal preparation status of patients undergoing colonoscopy under the medical collaboration model of the endoscopy center

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of the intestinal preparation status of patients undergoing colonoscopy under the medical collaboration model of the endoscopy center,and proposes corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 80 patients underwent colonoscopy at the Endoscopy Center of Ganzhou Cancer Hos-pital from May 2022 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The patient data were collected through a self-made questionnaire,and the quality of intestinal preparation was evaluated using the Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS).Results The preparation scores for each intestinal segment were as follows:left segment(2.91±0.18)points,trans-verse segment(2.73±0.24)points,and right segment(2.61±0.54)points,with total score of(8.25±0.62)points.The qual-ified rate of intestinal preparation was 77.50％.The total incidence of adverse reactions was 15％,specifically manifested as dizziness and abdominal pain in 2 cases(2.50％),sweating and abdominal distension in 4 cases(5.00％).The results of univariate analysis showed that factors such as educational level,defecation habit,diet type,number of examinations,nature of the last defecation,and history of abdominal surgery were related to the qualified rate of the patients' intestinal preparation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that having professional degree or above(β=-2.347,OR=0.096,95％CI:0.020-0.451),normal defecation habit(β=-1.406,OR=0.245,95％CI:0.092-0.655),low-fiber diet(β=-0.791,OR=0.453,95％CI:0.221-0.931),2 or more examinations(β=-1.128,OR=0.122,95％CI:0.036-0.412),and nature of the last defecation as clear water or yellow water(β=-2.104,OR=0.572,95％CI:0.381-0.744)were independent protective factors for the intestinal preparation status of patients undergoing colonoscopy,while the history of abdominal surgery(β=3.529,OR=3.347,95％CI:1.731-9.073)was independent risk factor for intestinal preparation status(P＜0.05).Conclusion Under the medical collaboration model,the qualified rate of patients' intestinal preparation is high and the safety is good.The quality of intestinal preparation is mainly affected by factors such as educational level,defecation habit,diet type,number of examinations,nature of the last defecation,and history of abdominal surgery.Based on this,it is recommended to implement personalized intervention strategies for patients with risk factors,including strengthening health education,optimizing dietary guidance,strengthening defecation management and other targeted nursing measures to further improve the quality of intestinal preparation.关键词
