基于"脑气筋论"理论探讨眩晕的中医治疗
Management of vertigo in traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of"brain qi and tendon"
摘要
Abstract
The term"Nao Qi Jin"(brain qi and tendon)was put forward in the Qing Dynasty, first appearing in Tan Sitong's work On Benevolence.Later,Zhang Xichun further elaborated on it in his work Medical Records of Integrating Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, introducing the concept of"differentiation of Nao Qi Jin".According to modern medical theories,it is speculated that"Nao Qi Jin"corresponds to the"cerebral nervous system"in western medicine. The brain is the residence of the divine spirit, and brain qi and tendon emanate from the brain, distributed throughout the human body and mainly governing sensation and motility. When brain qi and tendon are well nourished and qi and blood run smoothly, people feel refreshed and smart. On the contrary, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms may arise.Based on the theoretical origins and analysis of the"Nao Qi Jin"theory, the article discusses the relationship between"Nao Qi Jin"and vertigo and its corresponding TCM treatment,in order to provide more theoretical foundations and ideas for the clinical treatment of vertigo.关键词
