Latent profile analysis and influencing factors of thriving at work of intensive care unit nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the potential profile of thriving at work of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:A convenience sampling method was employed to survey ICU nurses from 6 grade-A tertiary hospitals in the central and western regions of Zhejiang Province. The data were collected by using a general information questionnaire, the Thriving at Work Scale, the Spiritual Leadership Scale, the Job Crafting Scale and the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale.Latent profile analysis and multiple Logistic regression was used to identify the potential categories and influencing factors of thriving at work of nurses. The importance of the influencing factors was evaluated by BP neural network model. Results:The score of thriving at work of 401 ICU nurses was(52.70±7.64).The thriving at work of ICU nurses could be categorized into 3 groups:low thriving at work group(17.71%),medium-balanced development group(51.12%)and vigorous development group(31.17%).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the job satisfaction, spiritual leadership, job crafting and mindful attention awareness were the influencing factors(P<0.05)of thriving at work of nurses, and the order of importance from large to small was:the job crafting, mindful attention awareness, spiritual leadership and job satisfaction. Conclusion:There is heterogeneity in thriving at work of ICU nurses.Nursing managers can take targeted measures to improve the level of thriving at work and the quality of nursing service according to the different categories of thriving at work of ICU nurses.关键词
