太原市老年人内在能力现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of intrinsic capacity of the older adults in Taiyuan City

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the intrinsic capacity level of the older adults in Taiyuan City and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide accurate intervention targets for the comprehensive management of the intrinsic capacity of the older adults in the future.Methods:From September to October 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 450 older adults from 2 communities,2 tertiary grade-A hospitals,and 2 elderly care institutions in Taiyuan City as survey participants.Questionnaire surveys were conducted using a general information questionnaire and the Intrinsic Capacity Assessment Scale for older adults.The level of intrinsic capacity and its influencing factors among older adults in Taiyuan City were explored using t-tests,analysis of variance(ANOVA),Mann-Whitney U tests,Kruskal-Wallis H tests,and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:A total of 396 older adults were finally included.The total score of intrinsic capacity of the older adults was(101.05±13.94),which was generally in a poor state.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the intrinsic capacity of the older adults were education level,age,drinking,hospitalization times in the past month,smoking,number of chronic diseases,place of residence and living conditions,and the regression model was significant(F=56.332,P<0.001),which could explain 58.3%of the total variation.Conclusion:The intrinsic capacity of the older adults in Taiyuan is generally poor,and it is necessary to build targeted hospital-community-family intervention programs in the future,focusing on the older adults with low education level,old age,drinking,hospitalization experience in the past month,smoking,comorbidities,rural areas,and living alone,so as to effectively ensure that the intrinsic capacity of the older adults is maintained at a high level and promote the realization of healthy aging.关键词
