Mechanisms for Resolving Structural Employment Contradictions in the Context of a"Skilled Society"
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of a"skilled society"and the digital-intelligence transformation of industries,structural employment contradictions have become prominent in China's labor market.These contradictions essentially stem from a dynamic misalignment between the pace of human capital e-volution and the demands of industrial upgrading.Faced with realistic dilemmas such as barriers among supply entities,outdated content,and rigid evalu-ation mechanisms,traditional continuing education struggles to meet the demands for complex skills.Addressing these contradictions requires a deeper supply-side structural reform of continuing education.This involves fostering a diversified and collaborative ecosystem of entities,establishing agile mecha-nisms for curriculum development and content renewal,and developing a multidimensional and flexible system of assessment and certification to better a-lign with forefront demands of industries.Supported by pathways such as digital empowerment and the national qualification framework,an inclusive and efficient lifelong learning system should be developed to effectively mitigate employment friction and provide robust talent support for high-quality develop-ment.关键词
