中等职业教育与新型城镇化协调发展的机理、测度及优化策略
Mechanisms,Measurement,and Optimization Strategies of Coordinated Development between Secondary Vocational Education and New Urbanization

Abstract
Secondary vocational education plays a fundamental role in cultivating skilled talent and supporting transformation and upgrading of the na-tional industry.It also maintains a close interactive relationship with new urbanization.After clarifying the underlying mechanisms that facilitate the coordi-nated development of these two systems,this study employs the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model to assess the coupling coordi-nation relationship between secondary vocational education and new urbanization in China and,based on the findings,proposes corresponding optimization strategies.From a theoretical perspective,secondary vocational education contributes to the transformation and upgrading of new urbanization,while new urbanization,in turn,empowers the high-quality development of secondary vocational education,which complement each other.Empirical results indicate that the comprehensive development index of secondary vocational education and new urbanization has steadily increased over time.Their level of coordina-tion has also shown a generally stable upward trend.However,most regions remain at relatively low levels of coordination.Significant regional differences are evident in coupling coordination performance,with the eastern region exhibiting the highest level of coordination,followed by the central,northeast-ern,and western regions.The findings further reveal that the development of secondary vocational education generally lags behind that of new urbaniza-tion,resulting in an incomplete alignment between the two systems.To enhance their coordinated development in the future,efforts should focus on impro-ving the quality of both systems and advancing the coordination process,fostering distinctive industrial clusters and differentiated development models,and strengthening regional collaboration to promote complementary advantages.关键词
