Abstract
In response to policy requirements for advancing qualifications framework development,this study clarifies the functions,construction process,and core components of an industry qualifications framework and analyzes the pathways through which the construction of the industry qualifica-tions framework promotes the deep industry-education integration in vocational education.Specifically,the industry qualifications framework can guide the construction of key vocational education platforms,facilitate the improvement of the vocational education system,support reforms in the assessment and recognition of learning outcomes through qualifications-based certification systems,and foster the implementation of diversified talent cultivation models.To ensure a mutually reinforcing relationship between the industry qualifications framework and the vocational education system,several institutional mech-anisms are proposed,including a coordinated construction mechanism linking the industry qualifications framework with the vocational education system,a mechanism for integrating the framework with enterprise human resource management systems,a mechanism for enhancing connectivity between academ-ic levels and qualifications levels,and a forecasting and early-warning mechanism for vocational skill demands.关键词
