教育家精神赋能高校思政课教师队伍建设的逻辑意蕴及实践路向
Logical Implications and Practical Pathways of Empowering College Ideological and Political Theory Course Teachers in Colleges with Spirit of Educators
摘要
Abstract
The spirit of educators,as put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,provides fundamental guidance for the development of the teaching workforce of ideological and political theory courses in colleges in the new era.The two are highly compatible in terms of theoretical foundation,practical cornerstone,and development goals.As key actors in fostering virtue through education,the comprehensive competencies of ideological and political theory course teachers play a decisive role in enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education and improving the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore,it is imperative to follow the spirit of educators as the guiding principle,uphold its core connotations,and deliver targeted empowerment along the four dimensions of politics,society,culture,and emotion,so as to advance the organic integration of value guidance and competency improvement.On this basis,this study establishes a coordinated development pathway integrating teacher capacity building,college governance,and social participation,which can provide solid faculty support for building a leading country in education and nurture a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of na-tional rejuvenation.关键词
