数字化赋能乡村教师乡土知识体系构建
Digital Empowerment for the Construction of the Rural Teachers'Local Knowledge System

Abstract
In the context of the information technology era,digital empowerment for the construction of the rural teachers'local knowledge system holds significant value for the development of rural education.An analysis of the"popularization of digital resources in rural areas"reveals that China's continuous enrichment of internet infrastructure resources and steady improvement of the rural digital service system have laid a solid practical foundation for rural teachers to explore and inherit local knowledge.However,dilemmas remain in the current digital empowerment for the construction of the rural teachers'local knowledge system,including inadequate digital literacy of teachers,insufficient digital infrastructure in rural schools,weak local emotional connection of teachers,and a lack of institutional guarantees.In response,it is essential to implement targeted and differentiated training to improve teach-ers'digital literacy;build an adaptive digital infrastructure ecosystem to strengthen localized technical support;carry out immersion programs centered on local culture to reinforce teachers'sense of local identity;and improve top-level institutional guarantees by establishing a sustainable support mechanism.Through these efforts,the construction and improvement of the rural teachers'local knowledge system can be effectively advanced,ultimately contributing to the high-quality development of rural education.关键词
