老年人数字沉迷与消解途径
Digital Addiction and Its Resolution Pathways among the Elderly

Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology has led to a new problem among the elderly:digital addiction,even after they have overcome the digital divide.From the perspective of digital fetishism,digital addiction should not be understood merely as a form of behavioral deviance;rather,it represents the manifestation of ideological domination and behavioral guidance exerted by the logic of digital capital within the elderly population group.As an ideological instrument of digital capitalism,digital fetishism imbues digital technology with an illusion of autonomy and mystique,encouraging the eld-erly to become deeply immersed in digital environments and thereby facilitating capital's data accumulation and value expansion.The tension between age-related cognitive decline and the desire for subjunctive initiative creates psychological conditions conducive to the operation of digital fetishism.Mean-while,the virtual nature of digital space intersects with the shrinking scope of the elderly's real-life living environments,providing a field for its penetra-tion.In addition,the contradiction between the need for social interaction and the experience of spiritual loneliness further fuels the spread of digital addic-tion.The key to resolving digital addiction lies in dispelling the myth of digital fetishism.By enhancing critical digital literacy,reconstructing a life space of virtual and real coexistence,and creating a social mutual support community,it is possible to help the elderly rebuild their subjectivity and connection with the real society.关键词
