Abstract

Scientific and standardized grain leveling operations can effectively prevent local mildew and pest infestation caused by uneven grain temperature and moisture,extend the preservation period of grain quality,and reduce storage losses.These operations are of great significance for ensuring national food storage security and improving the overall management level of grain reserves.Mobile grain leveling robots,as important technical equipment that replaces traditional manual grain leveling operations,play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency,reducing labor costs,and minimizing grain loss during storage.The structural characteristics,motion modes,and applicable scenarios of three common types of mobile grain leveling robots—namely,the tracked type,wheeled type,and screw-driven type—are systematically summarized and compared.The key technologies and current research status that support the efficient execution of grain leveling operations by mobile robots are reviewed and analyzed,focusing on three core aspects:environmental modeling,task allocation,and path planning.In view of the ongoing intelligent transformation of grain storage systems,future development trends of the existing mobile grain leveling robots are summarized and discussed.
