摘要

Abstract

With the expansion of pipeline systems to high-pressure working conditions including deep-sea oil and gas,pumped storage and marine systems,tremendous advances are achieved in the research of high-pressure pipeline systems.The research status of hydraulic models,detection methods and pressure control technologies for high-pressure pipeline systems are systematically summarized.In the field of hydraulic modeling for high-pressure pipeline systems,rigid water column models are evolved into CFD methods,and breakthroughs are obtained in the modeling of gas-liquid two-phase flow.A complementary system composed of steady-state monitoring and transient pressure wave sensing is formed by hydraulic detection technologies,and the reliability of systems is improved through multi-physics fusion sensing.Diversified approaches including distributed parameter modeling,intelligent optimization and data-driven methods are developed by liquid pressure control technologies.At present,multiple challenges such as insufficient model accuracy,limitations of sensing technologies and poor robustness of control strategies are confronted by relevant researches on hydraulic models,detection methods and pressure control technologies of high-pressure pipeline systems.Energy-saving and environment-friendly pipeline technologies,intelligent detection systems and digital twin-based predictive control strategies are prioritized to be developed in the future.The transformation of pipeline systems toward digitization and intellectualization is promoted,and technical supports are supplied for the safe and stable operation of national infrastructure.
