Abstract

To enhance the accuracy and scientific nature of safety risk assessment for bridge cranes,the problems of strong subjectivity and difficulty in depicting fuzziness and randomness in traditional methods are addressed,and a grey cloud model assessment method is proposed based on the combined weighting of entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).A risk index system is constructed from aspects such as structural integrity,electrical system reliability and management and maintenance status.The entropy weight method is adopted to determine the objective weights of each index to reflect the characteristics of data variation.Combined with AHP,expert judgment is introduced to achieve the comprehensive optimization of subjective and objective weights.The risk level of cranes is modeled and evaluated by integrating the uncertainty processing of grey theory with the fuzzy quantification characteristics of cloud models through the grey cloud model.Taking five in-service bridge cranes in a certain natural gas plant in Jinjiang as the research object,experiments such as stress monitoring,magnetic particle flaw detection,thickness measurement and electrical performance testing are carried out to construct a safety risk index system and conduct empirical analysis.The results show that the model evaluation results are highly consistent with the on-site detection situation,the evaluation error is controlled within 5%,and both the risk discrimination and stability are superior to the single grey evaluation method.The research method can accurately reflect the true safety status of equipment and provide reliable quantitative basis for the safety management and risk control of bridge cranes and similar large-scale equipment.
