基于晶体塑性与内聚力准则耦合的含孔铝合金断裂行为研究
Research on Fracture Behavior of Porous Aluminum Alloy Based on Coupled Crystal Plasticity and Cohesive Zone Model
摘要
Abstract
Due to limitations in manufacturing and processing techniques, defects such as microvoids are inevitably present in metal materials and can significantly affect their mechanical behavior. In this paper, based on crystal plasticity theory and the cohesive zone model, the influence of microvoids on the fracture performance of aluminum alloy plates with single-edge cracks is investigated experimentally.Uniaxial tensile tests on standard aluminum alloy specimens are conducted to determine the key parameters required for the crystal plasticity simulation and the cohesive zone model.A crystal plasticity finite element model of the aluminum alloy plate containing holes is established based on the microscopic morphology of the fracture surface. Finally,The effects of the distribution range and size of holes on the propagation path of the prefabricated crack are explored, revealing the mechanism by which micro-holes influence the tensile fracture behavior of the aluminum alloy. This study contributes to the understanding of the damage behavior of metal plates under the coupled action of cracks and holes.关键词
