摘要
Abstract
Southern Zhejiang's mountainous villages face heightened geological risks under the impact of extreme weather, yet existing shelters arranged by administrative divisions lack accessibility for scattered settlements.Meanwhile, rural exodus has left numerous idle rural dwellings with potential for conversion into distributed emergency resources.Accordingly,a"Risk Constraint-Suitability Optimization"framework is constructed, imposing rigid constraints on geological safety, structural integrity, and property legality.Multi-dimensional indicators regarding location accessibility, spatial adaptability, and indoor environment are employed to establish an evaluation process from resource identification to priority ranking.Taking Yantan Town,Yongjia County in Zhejiang as a case study, convertible dwelling types and spatial distributions are identified. This research aims to mitigate disaster prevention and refuge deficits, optimize emergency resilience, promote rural asset reuse, and provide a practical pathway for implementing both regular and emergency use policies in complex terrains.关键词
