湘江科学城高质量发展的制约瓶颈与进阶路径研究
Bottlenecks and Advancement Paths of the High-quality Development of Xiangjiang Science City
摘要
Abstract
Gathering high-density innovation elements,fostering full-chain integrated inno-vation,and improving full-lifecycle innovation services are key factors in building a world-class science city.Xiangjiang Science City is a technological innovation highland that Hunan Province is committed to building,and it serves as a core engine for promoting high-quality development.By systematically analyzing the construction experiences of science cities at home and abroad and reviewing the current development status of Xiangjiang Science City,this paper points out the bottlenecks it faces,such as limited construction funds,a shortage of major scientific and techno-logical innovation platforms,and difficulties in the aggregation and integration of innovation re-sources.Furthermore,it proposes that the future development of Xiangjiang Science City needs to activate internal and external driving forces through integrated policy innovation,focus on key di-rections to build an innovation platform system,and promote the linkage between emerging tech-nology development and industrial innovation.关键词
